High Tunnels

High Tunnels allow us to grow during the hottest days of summer and the coldest days of winter.  By giving plants either shade or plastic for frost protection, we can better control quality and productivity for our CSA Members.

30'x96' High Tunnel Construction...

Setting the side walls for our 30'x96' high tunnel.  With 15' ceilings we can use our horses and tractors in the structure.  Black weed fabric is used temporarily as needed to solarize weed seeds prior to planting.
