Origin from Russian seedswoman Marina Danilenko. Sprawling indeterminate plant produces an abundant long and steady crop of 2", elongated, oval, plum-shaped fruits that are colored a beautiful deep-mahogany with dusky-green shoulders and garnet red flesh. Unique, sweet, tangy, rich, complex flavors.
A heavy producer and a favorite plum-shaped tomato variety for making different salsa or sauces. Produces 2" long by 1" wide tomatoes that weigh around 1-2 ounces.
Indeterminate, should be staked, trellised, or caged, and pruned for best results; fruit ripens over an extended period.
