Mustard, Green Wave
Curled and very frilly medium green leaves. Tolerates more heat than most, bolts very late; also, very cold-hardy. Upright plants reach 2 feet in height. Stands long in the field. Flavor is sharp: nice and spicy! A high-yielding mustard for the South.
Sow 2 seeds per cell in 72-cell plug flats. Seedlings should be ready to transplant in 3–4 weeks.
